Another possible way to lessen the medication's side effects is with continuous release, which limits changes in the therapeutic concentration of the drug in the body.. These days, very few drugs emerge from research and development, and those that do have resistance issues stemming from their overuse—particularly antibiotics, which are used erratically—are the result. Therefore, by slightly altering the drug delivery, a change in operation is a suitable and optimal way to increase the effectiveness of some drugs. Another effective method for reducing side effects is sustained release.
